  • Founding Member pricing: If you joined as a Founding Member, your lower rate is guaranteed as long as your subscription remains active.

  • Failed payments: If your payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellations: Take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods, unless required by law.

  • Re-subscribing: If you cancel, you may re-subscribe at the current public pricing.

All content published by The Upfit Insider—including articles, images, tools, and downloadable guides—is owned by us or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute content without written consent.
